he spawns, i got him last week, just gotta keep praying to RNGJesus. if it makes you feel any better, he’s one of the rares that spawns regardless of which enemy type is active on the island
It seems to be a 2-3hr respawn timer on him. I waited with a few other folks for just under 2hrs, someone else had been there about 20mins before me. Was fun to count the Shardsong spawns before we got ours hah.
