Current Timewalking event in Gundark, boss Moorabi is not progressing the dungeon. He is being defeated and respawning, providing loot, experience, and reputation as if defeat. But will not spawn the alter and will respawn again to start the fight.
Can confirm, just had this happen to me. Was still getting +10 time walking badges each time we killed him too. Only killed him 4 times to try and progress, figured trying to farm badges from him might be bannable.
