Guise of the Deathwalker artifact appearance not showing for transmog

I’m late to the party on this one, but I got the Guise of the Deathwalker artifact appearance today. I right-clicked on it to add it to my artifact-appearance inventory; then I equipped my Twinblades of the Deceiver and selected the Guise of the Deathwalker artifact appearance at the Artifact Forge in the DH class hall.

I thought that was the necessary procedure in order to get the Guise of the Deathwalker artifact appearance added to the (BfA) transmogrifier, but it isn’t showing as available for transmog. What am I doing wrong??? :confused:

After you unlock a new skin, relog. It should now be in your tmog options.

That has been my experience.

So while bored during this pre-patch I decided to farm for Candrael’s charm to unlock the hidden appearance. I got it, and killed the bat, got the achievement however, I cannot transmog the appearence. I saw that relogging helped some people but it had no effect for me. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
