Accessable from the guild bank or a seperate npc; a shop that sells (use) items listed by those with the rank to do so.
All gold would go into guild bank.
Good way to distribute flasks and other items and still getting something back for it?

Not a very bad idea I agree and maybe idk something like ff’s feature for guild buffs double exp and maybe a tp system if blizzard ever listened to forum ideas.

Free Companies(Guilds) in FF14 can give different buffs to members such as XP buffs and whatnot. Can change them based on what people want at the time.

I wonder how many guilds/raids would fall apart if every member had to actually pay for their own repairs and consumables.
My idea doesn’t change current functions. But just add a layer of control to specific items? The made up price could be low compared to the real value.
I mean I use the guild funded repair option whenever I am able too.
The $ has to come from somewhere.
