Bumping this also. Nice to have groster but let’s fix the default interface and not rely on a hidden one! (Or just make the default one better, whatever it is you choose)

Another BUMP!! This must be fixed.
As a GM I need to know the activity of my guild members. I miss the Activity points but I dont see a way to bring that back. So, you need to at least give us the option to see when our people are playing.

This is a super annoying bug and makes guild mgmt difficult. I would love to see a new sort category added for ‘last online’.

same issue. Very annoying as a guild manager. I logged a ticket and was told to find an add on!! Come on blizz! Since when do you pass on your bug fixes to the public to solve?

Found this. type in " /guildroster". It brings up a pre-shadowlands interface where sorting still works!

while /guildroster does indeed work, this really needs fixed in the newer interface, because who knows how long the old one will be around. I shouldn’t need an addon for this basic stuff!

100%, Blizzard should view this as low hanging fruit to resolve… I mean even Microsoft Excel can do a simple sort! C’mon Man!!
Thank you SO MUCH for sharing this workaround… this has been a lifesaver just in the past couple of days. I wish I had known about this earlier… almost as much as I WISH Blizzard would just fix it. It seems like it must be such a minor thing for them to resolve since they already have the sorting working correctly in the older interface. PLEASE Blizzard take care of this!?

I honestly thought for quite a while that it was just me or maybe an addon causing the issue… I’m feeling some love / hate knowing now that it’s not something I can fix on my own.
11/16/2021 – Wish there was some progress on this; seems it’s just not a high priority for Blizzard to fix a major annoyance for guildmasters.

UGH. Seriously?!?!? 9.2 roles out and you fix the applicant and applicant history greyed out/no access problem, but you can’t fix a simple sort feature?!?!? Irritating Blizz. This has been broken since like a week after Shadowlands came out.

I just resubbed and found this bug when trying to join a new guild.
Blizzard, you are pathetic. Seriously. Just kill the game at this point. You clearly don’t care about anyone paying to keep playing this game. I am unsubbing. Again, this company is pathetic.
This does make it incredibly hard to keep a guild “healthy” in terms of sort out inactive members and not inflating population. I wish they’d fix it!

has anyone found a solution? API command to force it to sort perhaps? of course they had to lock a lot of the guild UI API commands.

And now, as of Patch Day for 10.1, /groster no longer works. I have yet to find any kind of work around to be able to sort by time offline.
