Since patch 10.2.7 the guild roster doesn’t show everyone who is online. At the moment my guild chat and roster window only shows 4 people but when I use the /who list it shows 20 people online in my guild.
The community I’m in the roster changes whos on every time people type and it’s not even accurate as to who is or isnt online.
At least half of my raid group showed offline at raid time yesterday for the raid leader and I, but other people in guild were able to see them - it did not appear to related to faction or connected realm in any way or guild rank or longevity, just seemed random as to who could see and/or be seen on the roster.
Having the same issue here. I had thought it resolved itself today, but it has not. And /who isn’t accurate anymore as well. If I look at my roster it shows 5 people online and /who shows only 3. Last night I was only able to see 2 guild members online in the roster when there were 12 online. Very frusterating.
I’ve got 20+ members online in my guild, I’ll switch zones and then it shows 0.
the /who has been broken for years. Think it’s something to do with sharding.
As for the current issue … we had a raid earlier with 29 guildees in it, but according to the roster we only had 25 online. And several of those weren’t in the raid. We fiinshed and some were seeing 50 people online … and others were seeing 20. People are logging in to see an empty guild … until someone talks in chat (not that that adds them to the roster, but at least they know they’re not alone )
The guild vault doesn’t work. Can’t access the vault via the hole in the wall OR using the guild spell.
Some friends lists are apparently broken.
Our guild Message of the Day is having a breakdown … just announcing randomly throughout the day for no reason.
Some people are showing in the roster … but with no location. Some are showing online with two characters (and they don’t multibox).
Essentially … guilds are broken. Again. Yey.
I knew there was some modifiers … just never can remember them … found this: ???
In theory, to show who is in your guild, try /who g-meat wagon
That may work? It certainly works better than a basic /who or even, currently the actual guild roster.
(edit … for some reason I can’t include links … but if you search for “wow /who commands” you’ll find it)
Still same issue today. Online guild members not showing in roster in guild community window. We have a second community that we set up to have a chat cross-faction and cross-guild. That roster sometimes shows an online member in one, and not in the other. Sometimes a member shows up if they logged on before you, but not members who log on after.
Our guild roster is not showing all the members who are online. Friends lists seem to be affected as well.
Having the same issue. Turned off all addons and it’s still happening.
It’s working for some people in guild, but not all. Sometimes I see 5 people online, then other times I’ll see a few more on. I only know if people are online if they chat in guild most times.
It’s really frustrating and annoying. Also having issues accessing guild bank as well. It’s been since the latest patch.
experiencing the same issues since the 5/7 patch. also cannot access the guild bank.
Okay. It’s not just me then. even after the recent updates, still not seeing all my online guild members.
Just the silent erosion of guilds everywhere … crumbling as we try to hold everything together … /shares the duct tape …
Same crap going on here. But hey I’m sure the MoP Remix is so important it’ll all be worked out and no issues in about 20 years!!
Same, even people with no few addons are having issues. Last night, no one could see Priests at all.
Blizz this is still broken! Please fix this. as a GM it makes it difficult to recruit people or maintain people when they think my guild is dead because it only shows 1 person online or some people see like 11 or 20. I don’t even know what’s real anymore! i changed my Guild MOTD but it aint gonna stop people who dont read it and think we’ve died!!

I’ve been experiencing this issue as well, but more often I am experiencing an issue where my guild roster is not updating what zone everyone is in. For example it’ll show the same 5 guildies in a dungeon for several hours even though they are no longer in there.
same issues
I thought my bnet friend /guildie had made a new toon and I asked her if she wanted a ginvite and she was very confused because she was on her main toon that was already in the guild. LOL
Seriously though, I can only tell who’s logged in by watching the login announcements.
Yep, all the above here too.
