On Mist of Pandaria Classic, my reputation for my guild was reset from Exalted to Neutral when the servers went offline earlier today.
This has happened to a few guildmates since MoP launch at different times.

Same thing happened to me. Did they sort it out for you? I can’t even figure out how to submit a ticket. It keeps cycling back to the beginning of the help request. Terrible customer service!
