I have been in the same guild for all of cataclysm and yesterday I noticed that my guild reputation was reset back to neutral. I did not gquit or get gkicked then reinvited. My other characters are all exalted. The only thing I did differently is use the pvp pet battle finder on the character that had its rep reset.
