This has been my guild since Cata but today I logged in and I am now neutral with my guild. I know guild rep is pretty easy to re-aquire but I don’t know what other reps I have lost.
…not to metion I haven’t got my guild bank items restored with no eta on that.

I too have lost my guild rep on my main after the maintenance yesterday.
Same here, just noticed it today though. Nobody else in my guild so far has lost their rep
