Um… I’m the GM of my guild (that has been around 5 years) and my reputation went back to 0…? Now I am “Friendly” with my own guild. What is happening, is there a fix?
Maybe it’s a display error? Have you tried disabling addons, or doing a full reset UI?
It’s reset in my reputation list from the character screen. It shows me when I gain rep w the guild in chat. Truly don’t know. I’ve had my achieve since 2019.
It is showing you are Neutral on your Armory page so I guess it hasn’t updated to the Friendly status yet. So something definitely seems to be amiss.
You will need to make a Bug Report about this issue. You can click the pencil icon underneath your first post, that will enable you to choose another category and then relocate the thread to the Bug Report forum.

I’m getting this bug, too. I got the achievement in 2011 on my oldest priest, and last week, all the rep was gone.
Nearly got back to exalted as GM of a nearly 18 year old guild and reset back to neutral again. It’s just getting a bit silly since I think this is the 3rd time without ever leaving the guild.
I got this too and thought it was because of my recent race change. Glad to see I’m not losing my mind.
Happened on 2 of my characters; opened a ticket and basically had to beg them to restore it; they did for one character but not the other.
My achievements clearly showed they both had Exalted for over a decade but that did not help apparently.
This is still my problem! Hasn’t been fixed.
