Hi, for no apparent reason my guild rep dropped from exalted to neutral.
This is WOW retail, not cata.
No faction/race change, no change in guild status.
It would be nice to fix so I could use the mobile bank again.

This has been broken for many, many, many months now. You can search for previous threads. They do not care and you will not get restored.
Glad I pay a monthly fee for live service games

This happened to me as well today on my Rogue. Probably other characters too. What is this even??

The trolls will tell you that you own nothing in the game, everything is property of Blizzard, and as long as you get a login screen, you’re getting what you pay for.
I used to happily pay my sub fee, thinking it paid for world persistence and the security of my characters and inventories. Once I realized the sub fee was for essentially nothing but feeding executive salaries, I cancelled.
Gross incompetence, plain and simple, on every level. Execs only want devs working on new stuff that will make money, devs that don’t know what they’re working with, so break new stuff with every change.

Yeah, out of all my characters -which all have exalted guild rep - only my hunter had it’s guild reputation go to neutral for no reason at all. I wouldn’t have noticed it but I was claiming reputation quest rewards from the Cartels of Undermine and it said I was now friendly with my guild. Nothing has changed on my hunter to cause guild reputation to be wiped.
yep, happened to me on my whole account every toon.
Happened to me. Tried to file a ticket to get it restored and was told it was a display bug and to reset my UI. Resetting my UI did nothing other than waste my time getting it re-setup. The reputation loss was even reflected in my Armory page. Informed them of that when I let them know their response did not solve my problem. Was told again to file a bug, along with instructions on how to file a bug. So, I filed a bug and asked if my reputation could be restored. They replied with “hm, maybe, we’ll think about it,” and assured me that they “understand how valuable it is to have a good reputation.”
I’m torn between feeling like the responses I got were puked up by somethingGPT or preferring if they told me, “sucks to suck, just re-level it, nerd.”
