Hello WoW community, I am your normal beginner guild master. I wish to make a RP guild, based around magical research. But I have ran into a problem, and that is the ranking system of said guild. So if you all would be so kind and give me either links to look at or even ideas to use for my guild ranking system that would be loved and welcomed.
