Have the majority of guilds stopped letting guildies use the guild repair? I have 2 different guilds for my alts that are very large guilds but do not have guild repair available. Is this a new thing? My Horde guild has had guild repair for all from day one.

all the guilds i’ve been in have only let guild members use repairs if their a raiding guild and only raiders get to use it
I think this is something that is going ‘out of fashion’. I actually have noticed fewer guilds doing this since Cata.
Guilds make vastly less gold than they used to.
In Cata there was a perk that generated ‘extra’ currency for the guild bank for exactly this kind of expens.

Mine is not a raiding guild, just a casual guild.

there is basically 0 guild income now. we have repairs turned on, but only for raiders, and I have to turn it off on non-raid nights.
the guildbank bleeds gold. Unless people give BoE’s or gold donations it’s a constant net loss.
it’s frustrating.

The guild I am in turns on Guild repairs for raids and only for that.

I have guild repairs turned on for our raid toons and officers.
It’s our officers and raiders who supply mats and donate gold to the bank so they get to use the repairs.
It is also turned on for leveling toons to help them through the process.
