Guild Perk Hasty Hearth not working anymore

Last night, 3/22/2025 the Mankrik world server went down (Cata Classic). When it came back up hearthstones have been reset to 30 minute cooldowns. Hasty Hearth guild perk should have reduced it down to 15 minutes, but is no longer working as intended.

Still in the guild (guildmaster)
Does not require a specific guild level
Does not require a specific guild reputation
Hasty Hearth guild perk should always be in-effect

Having the same issue, also other guild perks like Mobile guild bank, Chug-A-Lug, and The quick and the Dead.

Happening to me and one other guild mate, both of use are Exalted with the guild and Raid members.

Our guild is having the same issue but it’s only happening to some characters in the guild and not others. Seems to be random.
