When you mouse over a player there is a pop-up in the bottom right with their info.
It has
Name
Level xx Race Class (Player)
PVP
But no guild name.
If you walk up to them you can read the guild name under their name but the guild name does not show up on the lower right pop-up info.
I don’t see anywhere in Interface to enable that. Nameplates just shows a green health bar, no guild.
Anyone know if it’s possible to have a player’s guild name included in the lower right name pop-up? Thanks.

Wondering the same thing… I remember seeing guild names when you hover over a player. Have been in a group with a few guildies without even knowing lol.

Yeah I was wondering the same thing, wish it did say the guild too. Not sure if bugged or if that is just how classic was…
Not positive here but I only ever remember having the option to see guild names after installing a tooltip addon in Vanilla. TipTac was what I always used I think. Might be your only option.

I’m using “TipTacforClassicquickfix” for guild names on mouseover
Working with Classic 1.13.2
Note: The original ‘TipTac’ isn’t working you need “TipTacforClassicquickfix”

Fantastic! It works very well, and has a lot of custom options. Thank you.
Where can I find this? It’s not on CurseForge.
TipTac is on curse.
I can’t post links but it ends in
wow/addons/tip-tac
