Trying to purchase a guild name change and have been getting “An error was encountered”. It’s been happening for the past 48 hours or so.
The guildmaster is my toon Surfie-Moonguard and the current guild name is “Test Guild Please Ignore”.
Sounds like a billing question, so make sure your wallet in account management is updated, as are payments. If it continues then put in a purchase failure ticket.
The error occurs before the purchase attempts to go through. I am not having any issues with making any purchase on the Shop other than the guild name change.
