my toon dropdead on greymain can noy get money out of guild bank. it my guild and i get get access to my money

This is currently a known issue at this time as it appears to be wide-spread. There is a work-around for this issue, Which you may read by Clicking Here! It’s not the greatest work-around, But hopefully Blizzard resolves this issue soon!
