My guild “X Members” on the US Nesingwary realm, does not display within the guild finder feature. I have stopped open recruitment and started again for 30 days, more than once, however it still does not display within Guild Finder. What is the problem with this feature? It has worked in the past, however recently (past few months), people are telling me that X Members guild is not found and I have not been able to find it within the Guild Finder feature.
Ticket was submitted in game today (ticket # US102937743) and GM lalewor responded promptly, confirmed that there are no issues with the guild or character that would cause this, and strongly encouraged me to report this as a bug within this forum.
Can someone please help with this? Is this a known issue?

I just searched and found it just fine, but it can only be found by alliance players, since it probably has an alliance creator. My horde cannot see it.

Thank you for the feedback. All who I have heard cannot find it were Alliance players. Even the GM from the trouble ticket submitted yesterday stated that it was not found as well. Seems to be sporadic.
