Guild Craft Orders- not cross faction?

OK so supposedly I have a warband, but I cannot do cross-server crafting orders between my own characters. Unless they are in the same guild? But not if they are different factions?

So guild orders supposedly exist, and guilds are supposedly cross faction, but cross faction guild orders do not exist?

I have a headache.

Guild orders are working for characters of both faction and they work cross-servers, no doubt about that.
Do you have problem inviting to guild character of other faction?
