Only changes that happened in Vanilla. Guild Banks aren’t vanilla and don’t make sense in context of Classic and yes they have ruled out across the board to many things and all of which didn’t happen in Vanilla. Watch Classic Wow panel. Or stay ignorant.
Even if he watches the panel he will remain ignorant. Ziryus picks things apart and rearranges it with out of context topics to fit his agenda.
if you must know im 26 years old and I learned about the meme because of the news feed on the mass banning of twitter accounts. and being interested as to why millions of accounts were being banned I looked into it.
I don’t use twitter for anything other than following blizzard, but ya… lol
also just to point out, changes was VERY common a discussion for the vanilla forums, so if you want it to be no change, then even the forums on classic must have discussion for change.
still though, glad to see you at least partially read my comment.
Iv read everything and iv refuted every aspect yet ignorant pro change players like to think they won the argument just because they say they did.
Oh yeah, totally. I remember our raid leader holding onto the loot in MC so we could distribute it after raid to most effectively increase our raids efficiency, instead of handing out the loot on a per boss basis with no foresight as to what would be dropping later in the night.
That’s what loot trading will do, loot trading is a huge change from patch 1.12. They didn’t say they’re making absolutely no-changes, only that they want to refrain from making changes to 1.12.
Again, pro change players use sharding and loot trading as an excuse to add guild banks. Slippery slope but you’ll deny it.
When you can show me the clip of blizzard saying we are not going to include anything else post 1.12 besides what we’re not already including please let me know.
Ran out of likes for 10 hours… So dumb we can’t like everything we like.
that’s in the Classic panel. Go watch it.
Except it’s not, all they have done is discuss specific things that won’t be happening.
Remain ignorant.
you mean the discussion on changing existing data to previous versions like AV nd the Pandora’s box of bugs it could cause?
because that wasn’t about adding things to classic that weren’t in vanilla, that was about messing with version types of things that were in vanilla like AV.
again I say ‘context’ because your taking what he said out of context.
I’m sure you will.
its ok, im sure he will use his 10+ accounts to add likes to his posts like he did for the orgional post.
1.5 AV was in Vanilla timeline. Of course there could be bugs but that’s why we have betas.
Im not taking anything out on context, im merely repeating.
Emphasis mine

Here’s my disagreement with this part of your statement: Who is the arbiter of what is or isn’t a valid reason? For those that feel that the lack of guild banks in Vanilla is enough of a reason to keep them out of Classic, that argument is perfectly valid in their eyes even if it isn’t in yours. As a result, we end up with the endless back and forth.
-
As far as the ToS argument, if players decide to break the rules by sharing an account to make things easier for themselves and end up getting screwed in the process, that’s on them. For myself, there’s nothing valid about arguing “Well, we wouldn’t break the rules if you gave us what we want.”

To me guild banks are not much more than a bank alt that’s always online. You hope that the GM is trustworthy or that Blizzard will help out if he or she isn’t trustworthy. And if the answer is negative to both of those cases, then the result is the same as if a guild bank alt took everything and bolted.
Bringing it back to the beginning: Everything in this post to me is perfectly valid. Others will say it’s not. With no objective standard for validity and Blizzard not exactly immune to changes of heart, this thread will likely continue ever after the launch of Classic. Part 50, anybody?
Well technically starting a new thread on a topic when there’s an active thread about the same topic already is technically spamming. I guess the GM’s decided to let this one go, maybe they feel sorry for the OP as he can’t make any actual points about why he doesn’t want guild banks.
I have 2 accounts. This one and an alt account that doesn’t even have a character made on it thus even if I wanted to upvote my own posts, I wouldn’t be able to unless I made another character and leveled to 10 on my alt account. Technically I have three accounts the third being the account my main is on. I quit and unsubbed that account because I will no longer be using it during Classic. The two new accounts I consider my only accounts because they are the accounts ill be using for Classic when it comes out this summer. The account I posted this with is what I consider my main account because it is the account I will have my main on during Classic.
That was over a year ago and in November r hey made it clear they aren’t doing post vanilla changes.
Pt. 14 is close to 1000 which then it is locked. This was made to continue the discussion. If a someone for guild banks made the Pt. 15 im sure youd be 100% fine with it because you agree with what they are saying.
