I know people have brought this up. But it appears as no solution has been found.
It’s been continuous for me, and not that bad, but recently, it’s been getting really bad.
I will open up a guild bank, and go to deposit or withdraw an item or gold and it takes up to 10 seconds for a response (sometimes worse). I have turned off all addson to ensure it’s not that. I’ve cleared out the cache folders and even did a change on my WTF folders. Nothing.
Is there something I’m missing? Anything to address this issue?
I’ve been seeing similar problems with accessing the guild bank or sometimes sending mail. Amazingly bad delays in seeing the contents of the guild bank or depositing items.
For me personally, I noticed that not running Altoholic/DataStore would drastically reduce the number of times that the input lag occurred. However it was not a perma solution to it. So idk what or why exactly that it’s happening. :sadge:
Not sure if this is related at all, but I noticed vastly improved times looting the mail using the Open All button (in the default UI) after disabling IPv6 this week. There’s a fun new issue with IPv6 since last Tuesday which was causing delays connecting to realms (getting stuck on “Logging In To Game Server” for 10-20 seconds) so that was why I disabled it.
Another addon to add to the list of “Things That Blizzard Broke” since the start of DF/especially 10.1.5.
I’ve been getting so many Lua errors that I have never been getting before since 10.1.5; some of them were occurring since the start of the expansion, though.
Getting a Lua error message mid-combat while playing my DH? Couldn’t even use my keyboard or mouse Yeah, that so much fun. /s
IPv6 isn’t an addon so not sure why this is directed at me, specifically. It’s a built-in feature under Network settings which many people may not even be aware of.
This just started happening to me yesterday, first it was the guild bank taking up to 10 seconds to register adding/withdrawing/moving items around.
Now it’s affecting my mount vendors, sometimes mail and looting in a group while rare hunting. Other people in my group were having same issue but those times are sporadic.
My friends are having the same issues and we tried several different realms and with all addons turned off with no luck.
Yep. Been happening to me too. Moving items around into, out from and around in the guild bank / bank lags. Sometimes I have to keep moving items again for it to register and move it to where I want it.
Also, hearthing to WoD garrison keeps disconnecting the game. Not sure if the two are related but the garrison hearth disconnection issue has been ongoing for years now.
Also consistently experiencing the same lag with the guild bank across all realms and factions. Most times I must click multiple times to actually open the guild bank. When it finally opens, it takes a few second for items to appear. Moving items in/out/around appears to also be a problem-multiple clicks and/or delay. Some items deposit/withdraw immediately, but most take a few seconds. I have played with/without addons and have the same result. I have reset the UI, with the same result. I have disabled/enabled Optimize network for speed, with the same result. Interacting with NPC’s (quest givers) usually takes multiple clicks, before anything happens. I’ve run the repair scan before loading the game, with the same result. Nothing I’ve tried has changed anything. The only thing I haven’t tried it enabling IPV6.
