My guild bank on Whisperwind, Hell Raising Headhunters, is mostly empty. I have not checked it in a while and I just did on several characters, it is showing very little items across all tabs. I checked the log and there is nothing there. There is 99 percent of the items missing from the guild bank. I do not know if I was hacked, but NOBODY has been on my guild BUT me for a year at least. Please help!

I’m sure it’s no consolation, but you’re not alone, a LOT of us got robbed of our time/valuables.
I’ll never look at this company the same, and will never be their customer ever again after the way they handled this. 1 blue post, over a month later, with a lame excuse and vague apology is what most of us got, a few people got some goblin gliders or some runecloth.
This is the reply I received after I put in a ticket, basically, as stated above, we screwed up, we know we screwed up, you’re not getting your stuff back, ever. Thanks for playing and giving us money for such a long time!!!

I understood that you are missing some items from the Guild Bank. Rest assured, the cavalry is here, and I will do my absolute best to assist you with your query.
Looking at this matter, allow me to inform you that all items that our developers were able to verify as ““Lost”” in their investigation have been returned to their Guild Leader. Any other unverified items are, sadly, unrecoverable.
Hence, if you are still missing certain items, in order for us to get a full range/effect causes of this bug, I would highly recommend reporting this challenge on our tech forum, so that they can take a look into it, as they have the necessary tools to investigate this challenge. Also, any other players having similar experiences will be able to support and comment on that report, allowing it to reach our developers faster. I understand that waiting is never pleasant completely, as GM(s) can’t fix a mechanic that is not working properly, we need to bug report this.
