Again. You need to grow up. You just sound petty at this point. You were still able to play wow and you did at wow so they aren’t gonna gift you free time. There’s no in game value they can just give you. Move. Along. Your choices are accept it and continue playing or just unsib and move along already
The unfortunate thing is that there aren’t options to compensate players. They do not have that data to know what is missing, otherwise they’d be able to restore it.
Yeah, it’s December 25th and 1 of my guild banks is completely empty. Still have gold but 7 full or almost full tabs are bare. Never got any of it back in an email either. My other guild banks are fine, it only affected the guild of the toon I created the warband bank with. But it was my oldest guild and had the most reagents, food, potions, gear, lockboxes, battle pets. And you can see on the log some of what was deposited but still received nothing back.
Blizzard deleted our items, and didn’t talk about it other than a singular blue post on September 20th, 2024:
Why were the items deleted? They say it was a “bug”. (So, a programmer messed up.)
Why didn’t they restore our items? It cost too much. (Anyone who believes they don’t have backups, well, that’s actually worse for Blizzard…)
They can’t comment or talk about it, because it exposes their incompetence and shows they can’t protect our data, which is lethal to an MMO company.
If they apologize or bring it up in any fashion, then it attracts attention and people start to realize that their ENTIRE time playing this game is at risk:
characters
titles
mounts
achievements
banks
Here is my update my guild still has not gotten back anything! Today (Dec 29) I went to my Void Storage and that is empty!!! I just hope what has happened to us happens to each and every person responsible for the loss or part of the process to blow it off has the same thing happen to them!
