After using the search feature for the guild bank, objects remain blacked out after clearing the search. The only way it resets for me is to log out.

Tried this out and didn’t have same problem when I stayed on same tab of Guild Bank, but things got weird if I switched tabs with same search string. Try clearing search and switching to different tab instead of logging, seemed to fix everything for me.
I’ve experienced this problem as well. What seems to temporarily fix the bug is to delete what you typed in the search text box and then click on an item in the bank. For me, this removes the shadow over everything not matching the search string.
