The log notes (both money and storage tabs) are not consistently updating, with many of the last “Member withdrew” notes going back months, despite items being removed with no way of knowing who’s taking the items. Submitted an in-game report about this a while back and have seen others post about it, so chiming in to add that this doesn’t seem to be limited to a few players.

More light needs to be brought to this. I’ve submitted tickets, and walked through the “fix” but it does not work. Now the log shows activity from 10 months ago across the majority of the tabs.

Maybe a bit of a necro, but I just noticed this as well. I took out some items on my alt, who is in the same guild as my main, who is the guild leader, and the last log entry in the Bank Log was 13 days ago. I too, like knowing what items are being taken (good way to know what needs to be replenished the most), who’s taking what (also gives me an idea of what specific people need) as well as making sure people are taking appropriate things they can actually USE and not just taking to sell (doesn’t happen often, but has happened).
This kind of information is important to people running the guild. I know that guilds haven’t really been a big priority lately, but I would hope that things that USED to work, but are broken, would be fixed or looked at. Please give us some update or information on what is going on.

I just discovered this issue a couple days ago and then found out it’s been an issue since late summer or early fall last year. I transferred this character from another realm about a week ago with a bunch of bags and dropped them in the guild bags tab. Yesterday (Wednesday March 6) I looked at the log and nothing of mine showed, and the logs for every tab are 6-7 months old. This is a busy guild with a raid schedule so that’s obviously wrong.
As a test I put a gray item in a tab and 100G in the bank yesterday and took screenshots of the logs showing the deposits. 28 hours later both my deposits have vanished from the logs and they’re back to the same 6-7 month old entries as before. A couple of my guild mates sent emails to Blizzard and one got an answer back that this is a known issue.

Same for me. Also tried suggested fix, no luck. Mostly posting to keep the topic current and hope it will be fixed. I did submit a bug report on it. I appreciate the info that Blizz admitted it is a bug and they know about it (thanks Calaressra!).

I hope this gets fixed - - I cannot keep track of who takes what in our bank or money wise. I have searched around and have not found any answers. Please help!!!
This bug is beyond frustrating… i run a massive guild and i need to be able to see whats going on in the guild bank. who is donating who is taking what. we run comps to see who is donating the most of a certain thing… but we haven’t been able to do that for months.
wish they would hurry up and fix this…

I have to agree. My guild logs haven’t been updated in 4 months and counting now. I don’t know why it is doing that but it is very annoying since I can’t tell who if any is donating gold to the bank or if anyone is taking advantage of stacks of mats ot anything else for that matter.

Still don’t seem to be working right after 11.0 release. Disappointed. I did show a log of moving an item on one tab but not on another tab…
