Guild bank items

When I put 600 ilvl BOE gear into the guild bank, it becomes item level 545 in the guild bank

Is it still 545 when you take it back out of the guild bank? I thought I’d heard about this just being a display bug.

It’s a display bug that’s been a problem since at least Patch 11.0.5.

BoE items changing upon deposit into guild bank

This has happened twice now, on two different characters. I would put a blue BoE item into the guild bank and when it went in, it changed to green quality, lowered ilvl, no bonus stats and no upgrade track, as well as changing the item to BoP instead of BoE. Did something change recently that I wasn’t aware of? Because it didn’t do that before.
