My Guild Bank is completely EMPTY. Others have reported this problem with no resolution or compensation. Here we are Oct. 14 nothing has been done.

Has this been resolved yet? Just logged on to my Guild bank and also completely empty… no one has access but me and my 5 characters still in the guild. Shows no one took anything in or out for 2 months, which was me of course and now all empty

They seem to have resolved to do nothing about it. They’ll just lock & dump any new thread into the general forums echo chamber so people can burn themselves out. It’s legit sad how little they care about players heartbroken over an issue Blizzard itself caused.

This has been an issue for our guild as well… I really hope they get this fixed. This happened last month to some as well.
I seriously hope they fix it… so much hard work farming stuff has been lost for so many ppl
Blizz dgaf about their players, their 20 years of collected in game treasures, guilds, guild granular permissions, or anything else.
They were all trained by bobby kotick for years to only care about money and the cosby suite rituals.
Did this just happen, or are you following up on an issue that happened some time ago? From what they have said, it sounded like they fixed the issue but were unable to recover what was lost. However, if this just happened again, that means it is still happening and nothing has been fixed.
Yeah, still empty, and still radio silence.
They fixed nothing. They claim to have identified the cause probably. They’ve fixed maybe .001% (generous estimate) of the actual issue of millions and millions of items being deleted by their bug.
