I got banned for trolling on this forum for mocking their buggy releases, disappeared for a few months, came back and see by the numerous locked threads that rep bugs have been going unfixed for almost two months, and after logging in, also see that my bank has been “improved” by the same dev team that deleted my guild bank a year ago, and the guild bank missing items thread has been permanently buried by Microsoft management?!
Anyway, apparently a new patch launched today. I seem to be locked out of the guild UI because I’m not paying you any money? And also warband storage appears to be offline and unreachable? That’s all that I noticed in the two minutes that I was on.

There have been a few posts stating that the “upgrade” of the personal character banks require you to be locked out of those banks during the process (I’m guessing potentially to stop something similar happening to what happened to the guild vaults). It did say it might take some time on your first log-on after the patch … so try waiting more than 2 minutes and try again?
And keep your fingers … and everything else … crossed!
Having said that … I don’t know why that would lock you out of the guild vault - perhaps they lock EVERYTHING during the process?
I’m not subbed so I wouldn’t have access to the guild vault anyway. I am blocked from opening the guild UI as if I were using a trial account and getting the associated error message. I understand this has happened before.
OP is playing the free-veteran version of the game, so they’re locked out of features that require a subscription; no bugs, here.

This was specifically changed a long time ago but I understand this bug has appeared in previous patches and it looks like it has reared its head again.
