I submitted a few tickets and GM’s admitted there’s a current bug on Chapter 2 and they have no idea how to fix the issue they’ve created, like what’s new !
in my case I have Completed All 4 chapters and received the achievement. straight after the last big patch chapter 2 was removed and now preventing players from doing the FELCYCLE secret quest chain/Achievement.
not sure why @ 2025 Blizzard still giving players the run around instead of apologising for their screwups and Fixing the issues they’ve caused ! there’s a Reason we pay subscription fees otherwise Remove that !
and if your current staff don’t know what they’re doing or how to fix issues they’ve created how about Hire REAL game developers with REAL qualifications and experience in gaming !
I came to this thread from search to see if it was mentioning this bug, and indeed it is; confirming that I’m missing Chapter 2 in the listed criteria despite having the achievement otherwise completed and earned.
However, the felcycle secret doesn’t require the Guest Relations questline to complete. If you obtain all of the celebration crates instead, those two achievements get you the Detective title to be able to begin the secret. The designer behind the secret, Josh, confirmed this in the secret-finding discord back while it was still being worked on by the community.
