Guess I'm PvP'ing in Dragonflight

WoWhead datamined that PvP sets are getting their own transmogs, and WOW, just what we’ve seen so far looks really good and way better than any of the tier sets they’ve done previously (since they had been removed).

These look legitimately really good and stand out on their own as rewards to earn that show off PvP prowess, not just simple recolors of PvE sets.

One of the first bits of news I’m really impressed by with DF.

Now the question is, what class do I think I can auto-pilot to whatever rank cut-off is necessary for the elite mog. Probably pretty rusty since I legitimately haven’t PvP’d since WOTLK, haha.

Dang.

Now that’s some solid gear.

Looks like it’d go well on a Warlock.

Oh my. I’ll take one of each please.

Yeah.

A buddy into PvP told me these “elite” sets only require 1800 rating. If 1800 rating is as easy to get (or easier) as it was back in BC/WOTLK, then I defnitely could see myself wanting to push 1800 on a cloth/leather/mail AND plate user before they rotate out.

I just started doing arena in SL season 1 and I hit 1800 about half way through the patch, then hit 2100 in s2. So if you actually try and practice a lot you’ll be able to get it.

I was a S2/S3 glad back in BC (on my original account) so like I said if 1800 is anything like it was back in the day it will basically be free, once I get over the initial learning curve of having to get back into PvP. I’m leaning towards wanting to play something brain-dead like turbo since I probably won’t push for glad or anything like that (I know I will turn toxic again if I get hooked on PvP).

Ohhh yeah you’re fine. Once you get used to the meta you’ll probably crack 1800 easy.

1800 is big easy nowadays.

Would love to see elite sets go back to 2k tbh.

Nothing really “elite” about 1800

My question is, when does M+ get their own (overdue, and rightly deserved) sets?

Without scaling hell naw :joy::joy::joy:

These look solid so far! So is pvp not getting their own class sets, just general cloth, mail, leather & plate?

We’re getting 4 pvp recolors???

Hell yeah Blizzard give me the rainbow

I’m loving the cloth set.
Glad they’re giving the PvPers their own sets.

I can’t wait to see the other sets, especially the mail set for my Evoker.

Nothing elite about 2k either

Bwahaha enjoy playing with the rage heavy playerbase of wow. (Not sure why they are still playing wow for pvp) .

Careful with the trigger Op

Actually incredible. Off to arena I go. Why do those look so damn good?

Well we are warriors…

That looks way better than tier set…

Oh man I would love this. No cap I’d do KSH 4 times a season if there were awesome looking mogs for each armor type.

I remember when Blizz had unique sets for both PvE and PvP. Per class.
