Guardian Druid 4pc is showing I have a 1.4 million shield with the tier set following the use of Rage of the Sleeper; However, the shield is not working correctly and I am taking damage through the shield. The shield is also depleting like it should but im taking damage even though i have the shield on my frames and the buff icon is present.

It only deflects/reflects 25% of incoming damage. This is not a bug.
You get hit for 100 after all your DR, 75 damage is done to you, 25 is reflected back.
Your speaking on what Rage of the Sleeper does. The tier set is showing a shield for roughly 1.4 million after rage expires due to the amount of rage spent during ROTS as an example. The shield is not working correctly as the second i get the shield, im still taking damage. I also play Disc Priest and while PW: Shield is up they dont take damage if they have a shield up. The buff icon for ROTS tier set is showing but im taking damage through the shield it provides. This is a bug

Bolded the important part for you. They only absorb 25% of the damage you take, much like Ignore Pain for Warriors. It is not a full absorb like PW:S.
This is absolutely NOT a bug. You just need glasses.

You are not understanding what is happening. After ROTS expires lets say I spent 200 rage, which is a 2mil shield that it applies, whats happenning at times is the absorption isnt happening at all. I have the logs to show it not working as intended but go off king
So you’re saying it is absorbing NO damage?
Like 100 damage incoming, 0 damage absorbed, 0 reflected
Instead of
100 damage incoming, 75 taken, 25 absorbed and reflected
?
If so, that is basically a broken tier set and every bear (not there are many left) would be screaming to high heaven.
Not absorbing damage off of auto-attacks from the target dummy. Only working on abilities
Also worth noting that the tooltip is 660% AP / 20 rage spent, but the actual absorb being provided is only about 564% AP / 20 rage.
Interesting. Not that blizzard is likely to do anything about it.
