All my WQs and world drops (bosses with agi or tank items on them) for my guardian druid continue to be Int based. Yes, I have the loot spec set to perma Guardian and have reset it a few times to see if it corrects it. I’ve lost 11 upgrades in the last two days because of the int based gear and today the WQ refresh, trinkets are showing as Int again. Any suggestions or blizz responses? I would offer screenshots to show but…no links allowed on forums.
WQs at least don’t have a loot preference. They are what they are when they are spawned.

If you’re talking about the “super elite” rare spawns with a daily lockout, they drop anything in their loot table completely randomly. I get strength gear on int/agi classes and crossbows and what not all the time.
The item level also is a bit random. While the range scales up with your item level, it’s never 100% one level. My druid currently gets 379-385 and it’s just random so you have to hit the right item and hope you get the highest ilvl in whatever range you’re currently in. Not sure what the maximum is, 385 might be the cap but I’ve seen some wowhead comments on certain items claiming they got 392’s
