After the patch Berserk/Incarn no longer give the correct amount of cooldown reduction to Mangle and Thrash. Instead of being able to hit either of these every global you can only hit them every other global. Please fix ASAP.

This isn’t a bug, it was changed. You can no longer spam one or the other constantly, you have to switch between them.

There is a bug here, but it’s unclear as to whether it’s the ability or the tooltip which is incorrect.
The tooltip for the talent do indeed reflect that it should only be a 50% reduction, per the old [pre-Dragonflight] Berserk (Rank 1) functionality. However the tooltip in the spell book for the actual Berserk ability will list a 100% reduction, per the old Berserk (Rank 2) functionality.
Sadly at 2:1 against, it’s probably the spell book tooltip that’s in the wrong.
