Grove guardians targeting

I use mouse over casting via vuhdo. Does the grove guardian swiftmend me if I don’t have a target? Is there a way to make the treant swiftmend my mouse over? I wish there was an option to make it cast on your focused target or last healed person.

I have Grove Guardians setup via a very simple Macro, and then I have that Macro plugged into Healbot. Macro is:

/cast [@mouseover] Grove Guardians

Works great. It will swiftmend my intended target without having to manually target them or focus them or anything out of the ordinary.
