Groups should have some kind of debuff for world pvp.
That defeats the point of an MMO.

A debuff would just make people follow each other around while not in a party or raid.
Form a group yourself, or learn to pick your fights better…

Stop going solo, and get friends.

It sucks but there’s nothing to be done about it. Find a group in general chat, whisper an existing group for an invite, or just come back to that area later. That’s all I got for you.
Just phase hop till you find a shard that isn’t packed that’s how I used to do it back in BFA when I would run into a raid army of people.
Also, four of the toons on that list aren’t even level 80.

That picture only shows 15.
Names darken ten seconds after leaving the area.
None of the names are dark.
