Group Loot in LFR is awful

Not ONCE was I able to roll need on a piece of loot that was in iLvL downgrade. For that slot. I was able to roll once on a trinket, but that was because I had a higher iLvL trinket in one slot and not the other. Exactly as it should be.

Killed LFR Sylv today for the dagger on my rogue. Another rogue in there as Outlaw rocking a 304 and 298 weapons. He won the need roll. Meanwhile in 229 green weps because daggers don’t exist… It was definitely an ilvl decrease for that person for that weapon, but still able to need roll.
