It sounds like you guys would be a really good fit! The only thing that may not line up is goals for raiding. We are laid back and raid 2 nights a week, Wed and Thurs 8:30-10:30. All like minded adults to what you’ve stated you are, as well as looking for. Our main goal is AotC every tier. As raid leader I’ve obtained it every tier since Siege of Orgrimmar with my team and have no inkling to stop any time soon.
