Just wondering, before I queue for anything… will I get votekicked for using Scalecommander in dungeons instead of Flameshaper for my Devestation Evoker? I know it isn’t optimal for DPS but I HATE Flameshaper gameplay.
If it works for you, then it shouldn’t cause an issue.
So long as you pull your weight, that should be your only concern.

My Evoker is 625, actually, with nothing done this season yet.

Everyone who gets vote kicked deserved it for one reason or another. If your dps is horrible, you might get kicked. If you’re pulling your weight, you should be fine.
If a group is using your hero talent choice to kick you out of content that you can queue into, they were looking for an excuse to do it anyway.
You could run scalecommander in a +10 key and no one will care because scalecommander is fine.
If your dps is kick-worthy its not because of your hero talent.
