Is there a macro I can make that will allow 1 button that changes the tooltip depending on what talent I have selected? I only ever run with 1 of these pvp talents at a time as Ele.

you used to be able to make a macro of the talents we’re on the same tier when honor talents were more like regular talents
though not trying to tell you how to live your life but 99% of the time grounding isn’t what you drop for static field
in fact most of the most useful static field match ups also want grounding totem with the only exception really being like mwdhwar
Agreed, wouldn’t really use it for Enh because I do run them at the same time at times. Was meant as an Ele question since I never find myself running them both together there
You can consider maybe changing the tooltip of a spell with no cd like purge to be one and then the other remains as is
Hopefully placing them near each other on your action bar helps
I know there’s one for normal talents, not sure about honor talents.

/cast PvP Talent Name 2
/cast PvP Talent Name 3
/run local G=GetSpellInfo SetMacroSpell(GetRunningMacro(), G"PvP Talent Name 1" or G"PvP Talent Name 2" or G"PvP Talent Name 3")
Replace PvP Talent Name # with whatever talent you want in the macro and the script. The script will update the tooltip for you. If you only need to use 2 talents take out the 3rd line and relative info from the script.

Just to add on, i know that macro will work for normal talents, but if it doesn’t work right away i think you need to add (pvp talent) at the end of the spell name.

The best way to do it is to shift click it from your spell book as long as it doesn’t make the macro go over 255 characters.

that’s correct
any macro that checks for a pvp talent also has to have a (PvP talent) after the name in the macro syntax otherwise it won’t register properly
