I ran heroic raid last night (Vault of the Incarnates) as VDH and none of my ground reticles were showing up for all of my sigils and Infernal Strike. It made it quite difficult, especially during the Dathea platform/add phase. I also noticed this issue showing up in TW dungeons that I ran this week, but far more intermittently. In the raid, the issue was persistent in all boss fights and all but one or two trash mob pulls.
