So if you unlocked the grotto netherwing drake via the trading post earlier this year you got the teal version of the mount. If you logged into 10.2 today you would have found that the default color has changed to purple and teal is now locked behind centuar renown (and doesnt seem to actually even be listed on the vendor). This feel pretty terrible, I dont want to have to re-unlock the mount color Ive had for months and which is my preferred color for the mount. Hoping it gets fixed soon.

Agreed, didn’t hunt everywhere but pretty confused on the source of the new colors(assuming its centaur rep related like the tooltip states). And as an aside, it must have been an oops for the base color to change.

Yeah. My preference was the Azure color, but I like the black one as well. Not sure why they changed it, though I suspect it wasn’t intentional. Considering the customizations listed for Maruuk Centaur are nowhere to be seen, that makes me suspect it’s a bug even more. The helmet is also missing from the Niffen vendor.

Additionally, the Armored Helm unlocked from Noam Liffen is completely disabled for both the Grotto and Whimsical drakes despite having it previously.

The only thing I can think of is that the manuscripts might be in the rep/paragon bags you get after being capped. I have some stuff to turn in to try it, but if that’s the case I’m going to be infuriated because we were promised the random drop rep bags wouldn’t contain anything important anymore.
That said, the rostrum has been wholly inaccurate with its listings for drake manuscripts in the past, or they may have just forgotten to enable it. I hope it’s the latter and they hotfix it so I can just buy these. I already grinded these reps, I don’t want to have to do it again.
Purple and teal colors are both available to me now. Maybe they changed something?
I noticed the same thing. The other customizations allegedly tied to renown are still MIA, but the azure color has been returned. Looks like they let us keep the purple one as a freebie, at least for the moment.
I just saw someone on Sargares flying the green and orange scaled Grotto Drake and I cannot see where to get it and they flew in and got off and logged so could not ask.
The only 2 colors available for the grotto netherwing drake are teal and purple. The other colors were unobtainable and were removed from the rostrum over a month ago.
