The customization rig says that I need centaur renown to buy the additional colors, but I went to Maruukai and they don’t sell them. What gives?

I’m pretty sure this is a bug, I think something about the patch screwed with our poor drake. I think the drake is being rereleased with an upcoming story patch? I think if you got it via trading post, like most did, you get locked out of the teal option, and the other options mention centaur rep. The story questline, Misfit Dragons, comes out with the start of the season, and I think will have the extra customisations, or hopefully fix them.
I somehow got the teal skin as a drop. I think it’s just a tooltip error.

Yeah no idea what’s up. Nothing on the Centaur vendor. I have teal and purple skins usable. Guess we have to wait for that story unlock.

Yea there is still some buggy stuff going on. It is a drop as far as I know.
On the PTR I got the black grotto scales during the wrathian side quest in ED area. I just don’t remember how or from what so maybe it’s the same?

I got the blue scales on live somehow in the Emerald Dream. Can’t remember where but maybe it dropped from a seed chest
I’ve gotten some for Grotto at Emerald Dream vendor and seed chest drops there.
This definitely gives me hope that we’ll get it more or less easily from/around the Wrathion quests next week!
Ive gotten a bunch of cosmetics for the grotto drake. Including the head spike that makes it actually look like a proper nether drake. I have two colors unlocked, not sure which is default.
I really want the green skin and head armor but neither are on the centaur or niffen vendors
