Well they at least got it right with Atiesh.
But for some reason they went back to RNG drops with BC, and buffed it so the entire weapon drops with no quest required.
49 runs, still no Garr binding.
No one cares.

Yo it never dropped. In the entirety of WoW classic we had 0 Garr bindings and first Eye of Sulfuras dropped in end of Phase 5.
Got my 2nd binding literally the week before bwl dropped, 
All 8 of our 4H tanks have TF. RNG really sucks.

Imagine being a game dev who left a company gathering that celebrated the life of a player who had struggled with a debilitating disease all her life, where the person was honored and given a chance to raid MC with a group of company employees, wherefrom that special person (not surprisingly) won the roll on both legendary quest items. Imagine how good that dev feels to have given that special player a rare night of (planned) luck. Then imagine that dev goes home, logs onto a secret account to read this forum (so the company is none the wiser), and reads your self-interested post.
Did that happen? <shrug> Did it? Do you deserve it most? Should we base loot drops on whether someone “deserves” it more than others?

As I remember Wrath still had challenging legendaries with the Ulduar mace and Shadowmourne.
Both required farming the heroic content months on end for boss shards (similar to Atiesh).

Not if you split raid and add some new recruits, really. It’s been so ridiculously common.
I have Hand of Rag on my 3rd alt…shaman…
72 weeks on my human warrior and still no Garr binding…
But both of my alt warriors got 2 bindings. My main…still nope. I guess I’ll settle for two TFs instead of three =(
