Literally am farming these on my sub rogue atm, and have never gotten anything but sub conduits (and have only been farming on it since patch)
Loving the invalid explanations keep them coming…
Maybe your loot is set to ret/prot if you are sitting in holy spec, or perhaps you have maxed your holy conduits?
They fixed it to current loot spec only like two weeks into Korthia if you’re getting the crescents. All other forms of conduit acquisition are still random though.

As ret, I’ve gotten so many holy conduits it isn’t even funny.
And I’ve never specced holy.
Soulwing Crescents should be what you’re specced as, the ones you get for disrupting the Jailer are just random.
