Killed Radix quite a few times with the world quest active in Antoran Wastes on my warlock and he hasn’t dropped a single piece of loot, both on the first kill while I still hadn’t finished the world quest as well as after. This is the only new 10.2.5 customization I have left which wasn’t a guaranteed drop.

Did you ever get it to drop? I haven’t.
I stopped trying after 10 kills with no loot at all. He should still be dropping money or other trash according to Wowhead so it leads me to believe his entire loot table is broken.

I know this was posted about a week ago, but I’m Just commenting that I was experiencing this issue as well and had killed him multiple times during the time the quest was up.
Based on Wowhead comments, it seems that only the version of Radix which you must click to activate will drop the grimoire. This version spawns during the “Slumbering Behemoths” world quest while it is up, not “Behemoths Awakened”, though he can also just be there if no one had killed his final spawn after the Slumbering world quest expired (which is what I just did; his stasis version was still up but the WQ isn’t).
I still feel this is a bug, as this arbitrary set of circumstances makes absolutely no sense. I never even knew there were two different world quests for the exact same NPCs until this issue.

I just wish to add that indeed, Radix MUST be clickable in order to get the grimoire.
I found him as he was “phased”, I clicked on him, killed him, and it dropped. This was not during a WQ.
