The entire place isn’t a walk in the park, and its expected and supposed to be challenging. But the last boss. Oh my god. Who the hell approved of this? It’s the single worst dungeon boss i’ve seen in a long while. Don’t think i’ve seen a dungeon boss i hated so much since pre-nerf Ruby Life pool bosses in M+(Melidrussa was so bad she had to be nerfed big time).
Who loves when he does eye of storm on a spot full of tentacles and thus have people get debuff be unable to spread and just die? Who loves having hp sponge adds that debuffs and wrecks you when you kill them? This BS went on for several pulls till he went down, and when he went down, only tank + 1 dps were alive.
My god, just delete this guy. Or at least redesign it. It’s absolute garbage and awful. I dread the though of having to do him on M+.
I mean, what do you do when Eye of storm selects a zone with dozens of tentacles? as in, spread in a way that makes it difficult to properly spread debuffs?
This dungeon is overtuned to hell M0 With 2mil to 4mil Heal bubbles Last boss is aids there about 100 tendrills by 2nd set being called , not counting the aoe circle you get takes up half the safe zone and hits for a truck. the Tendrils holy cow you get killed if you have no way out.
The adds hit for 300k+ each and theres 8+ of them every 30 seconds with 8million health each.
Oh this isnt counting knockback that continues to kill the tank if he gets KO’d into a tendril .
Like nah the instance is overtuned.
Also loot isnt locked out and no vault progress and no mythic achev and the trinket isnt fully working.
We tried to get it last night but wiped so many times. There’s just so much going on at one time from the tiny zone of safety to dropping things on the ground in that zone to tentacles to adds. It’s a bit too much all at once and he is overtuned.

The dungeon is AMAZINGLY fun!
So… yeah, I have no idea what you are talking about but the dungeon have a really good mix of unique mechanics, good sized packs making AoE important, but also with quite easily discernible mobs to single out, and bosses that hit hard and do stuff. A combination that is amazing!
The last boss also feels like a final boss of a dungeon so… yeah.
It is gonna be hell on higher difficulties and I’m ALL for that! Mythic dungeons, whether M0 or M+, should pose a challenge and Grim Batol looks like it is gonna be a really damn fun challenge!

erudax is insanely overtuned, there’s no way to clear tentacles other than bringing like 4x+ immunities and the adds spawning means ur healer is basically guaranteed to rip threat and have their kneecaps stolen if your tank doesn’t immediately pick them up
which doesnt sound bad except erudax punts the tank across the room constantly so they can’t be reached if you’re unlucky
he also has the hp of near a raid boss???
