Compared to other affixes combos, it seems that grievous tends to be one of the harder affixes. Making pushing keys a lot harder on this week than the previous.
Should grievous maybe be nerfed from 90% threshold to 75 or 80%?
Grevious needs to not happen on bosses.
Same with explosives.
