I’ve reported this many times in game and nothing seems to be getting done about it. I’ve leveled several Survival Hunters and Grenade Juggler does not proc an explosive shot 25% of the time, more like 5% or less.
It definitely seems to, seen both from my individual testing and from raid logs.
