After downloading the Dragonflight Pre-patch on the 25th, the game has consistently caused my PC to crash, showing a green-colored screen on my main monitor, and a yellowish/off-white screen on my second monitor (The coloration is never consistent, just different shades of blue/green on one screen and yellow/brown on the second) and after a few seconds the computer restarts itself. I’ve checked repeatedly for overheating but neither the GPU nor CPU reach far beyond 70 degrees, and the one time it was able to keep itself from rebooting and correct itself, it kicked back an error saying something caused AMD Wattman to crash. Have tried changing every setting I could possibly think of both in-game and in AMD’s software to no avail. Capping the framerate in game seems to extend the amount of time I have before a crash but it’s honestly been hard to tell. Crashes happen randomly, occasionally on start up but usually between 15 minutes-2 hours of play time will guarantee a crash, and it usually crashes during lulls in gameplay, i.e. flying around town or turning in a quest, not as often in raids or pvp. I’m using an AMD Ryzen 5 5600x CPU with an AMD RX 570 4GB GPU, and had absolutely no issues until the Pre-Patch was released, and this seems to be the only game causing the crashes.

Same issue here. Exactly as you described. I have a rx480.
Tried all the different driver options available as well as fresh windows install with no luck.
Same thing is happening to me. AMD Ryzen 3600.
Anyone seen any info on this?
I’ve tried doing a few things to fix this but I can’t seem to play Retail without green screening.
Problems with retail only started happening past week. Nothing else on my PC has had issues.
