Too bad you didn’t look for hats during the Hallow’s event. The three sisters drop a few hats.
It’s the best one in the game atm. There are other vanilla-era pointy hats, but they look depressingly low-res and paper-thin at this point.
You can also look into the ones from Cata. If you like the mask:
There are black, red, and white versions of those.
